Our last order was 3 years ago, will we still receive a discount?
Yes, if we can still print your item.
Is the 10% discount applied forever?
No. Once the free FLIP-SIDE design hours are repaid to you in savings, the 10% discount will no longer be applied.
We don’t need to re-order again, can we get a design refund?
No. The only way to redeem your FLIPSIDE design payment is to re-order the printing.
Can we use Ello PARTNER-CREDITS?
Yes, Ello PARTNER-CREDITS is a great way to save money.
What determines the quantity of free design hours?
The criteria are based on the printing quantity, the item and how likely and how often you will re-order the item.

Honestly, there's no catch! The larger your project, the more money you save! It's as simple as that.
