STEP03
How to use them
PARTNER-CREDITS are primarily used for large projects with scheduled start dates. However, they can also be used for website edits, maintenance, printing and small design projects throughout the year.

The nitty gritty
PARTNER-CREDIT packs are valid for one year and then expire. Your credit pack’s one-year lifespan will begin when your project starts to accumulate charges. This allows you to purchase your credits in advance and plan your project without the worry of losing any time. If credit packs are not activated in the first year, they will automatically activate one year from the date of purchase. Before your PARTNER-CREDIT packs expire, they can be extended for an additional year by purchasing an optional credit extension. The one-year lifespan of credit extensions automatically begins on the date your original credits were due to expire. Our reduced design rates can only be applied to design charges incurred during an active credit pack or credit extension. For all else, our standard hourly rate applies.

Honestly, there’s no catch! The larger your project, the more money you save! It’s as simple as that.
They don’t auto-renew – just buy more when you need them.
Credits can be shared within an organization* and its departments but not with other businesses.
PARTNER-CREDIT packs cannot be extended if they have already expired. But before your PARTNER-CREDIT pack expires, you have the option to purchase a one-year credit extension for any remaining credits from a PARTNER-CREDIT pack. The one-year lifespan of credit extensions automatically begins on the date your original PARTNER-CREDIT pack was due to expire. PARTNER-CREDIT packs can only be extended once.
We have a 30-day refund policy from the date of purchase*. Our 30-day refund policy only applies if your credits haven’t been activated. Once activated, refunds are no longer available.
Yes, but any existing design charges are invoiced at our standard hourly rate. Only design charges incurred after your credit pack date of purchase will use our reduced credit pack design rate.
